Initially founded in 1991 exclusively as `Pegasos-Quartet`, the group plays now plays in variable chamber music ensembles from Duo to Octet.

The members are professional musicians from the Stuttgart area.

In addition to concerts, musical readings, melodramas and mini-operas are in their repertoire.

Music pedagogy in Germany and abroad is another serious focus of the group.
